We are currently looking for a potential candidate to join our team as :

Bookkeeper

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Accounting team. This position is responsible for implementing effective accounting strategies to focuses on maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare financial reports (e.g., income statements, balance sheets).
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures.
  • Perform other bookkeeping tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum diploma or associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred);
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably in the hospitality industry;
  • Proficient in accounting software;
  • Basic understanding of hospitality accounting principles is a plus;
  • Highly organized, math-savvy, perfectionist & critical;
  • Highly communicative and excel in reporting and communicating within the reporting line;
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Able to join immediately.

Cost Controller

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Accounting team. This position is responsible for implementing effective accounting strategies to focuses on managing and optimizing a company’s expenses to ensure they stay within budget and achieve financial goals.

Responsibilities:

Engineering Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented individual to join our dynamic Engineering team. This position is responsible for implementing effective engineering strategies to focuses on overseeing the smooth operation and maintenance of the facilities’ mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the engineering department, ensuring the efficient functioning of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our properties;
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations;
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment;
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring timely resolution of issues;
  • Prepare and manage engineering budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes;
  • Maintain accurate records of all engineering activities, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering management, preferably in the hospitality industry;
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems;
  • Proficient in utilizing engineering software and maintenance management systems;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians;
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Engineering Staff

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented individual to join our dynamic Engineering team. This position is responsible for implementing effective engineering strategies to focuses on the hands-on tasks involved in keeping the facilities’ mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems operational.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure the smooth operation of our properties;
  • Assist in the installation, repair, and replacement of MEP equipment;
  • Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns;
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, providing timely and effective solutions;
  • Work collaboratively with other engineering staff and departments to maintain a safe and functional environment;
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including logs, reports, and documentation;
  • Adhere to safety regulations and building codes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering or a related field;
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems;
