We are currently looking for a potential candidate to join our team as :
Sales & Marketing
We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to increase hotel revenue.
Responsibilities:
- To create and put into action sales strategies and increase sales B2B and B2C, through direct sales as well as social media;
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients;
- Identify and target new markets;
- Handle client inquiries and complaints;
- Monitor and analyze sales data;
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve hotel goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Marketing, or Communication;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry;
- Possesses a network of hotels & restaurants / hospitality operators and decision makers;
- Hihgly result driven, fast-paced and highly proactive in seeking new clients and following up after deals;
- Skilled in social media marketing and e-commerce;
- Highly organized and able to work with a system in following up with customer from quotation to final payments;
- Highly communicative and excel in reporting and communicating within the reporting line;
- Maintain quality customer service by providing support, information and guidance;
- Disciplined and responsible for all sales activities;
- Fluent in English and Bahasa;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Math-savvy, perfectionist & Critical;
- Able to join immediately
