Guest Relations Officer
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and hospitable atmosphere.
- Provide guests with accurate information about the resort’s facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any special requests, ensuring a smooth process.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to the guests’ satisfaction.
- Manage guest feedback and reviews, responding appropriately and utilizing feedback to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the front office team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in guest relations or hospitality management, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
