- Chef de Partie
- Graduate of tourism academy or relevant equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience of one year as Chef de Partie or similar position.
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and good in English, additional language(s) an
- Computer literate and proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications, and Property
Management Software and Point of Sales.
- Good knowledge of kitchen administration and operations.
- Extensive knowledge of hygiene and sanitation (HACCP principles) and ensures those guidelines are followed and enforced.
