The Shanti Residence Villa are looking for qualified candidates for the position :
“Staff Engineering”
Job Description:
- Responding to and attending to guest repair requests.
- Carry out preventive maintenance on kitchen tools and equipment and mechanical rooms, including cleaning and lubrication.
- Do all surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repairs, replacing light bulbs and A/C filters and thorough cleaning of any paint or repair area.
- Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on all equipment, plumbing (e.g., clogged toilet and drain cops), electrical components including lamps, cosmetic items, extension cords, vacuum cleaners, internet devices, replacing switches and electrical outlets, and other guest room items.
- Communicating with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a staff engineer in a similar environment.·
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field of specialization preferred.
- Full safety training and certification
- Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 23kg without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance.
