We’re looking for a qualified candidate to fill up the vacant position of: Guest Relations

Job description:

  1. Responsible for the overall villa’s operation and guest experience on a daily basis.
  2. Working collaboratively and overseeing all the staff to ensure a high standard of services.
  3. Responsible and handled requests for site inspections from clients and event organizers with professionalism and courtesy.
  4. Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and proper facilities, working on improvements of villa conditions.
  5. Maintain open and clear communication with guests to understand their needs and preferences
  6. Maintaining good relationships with wedding organizers, event organizers, and local authorities.
  7. Organizing guests’ daily activities, guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and effectively.
  8. Work closely with other departments, such as butler, housekeeping, and F&B teams, to ensure a seamless guest experience.

General Qualification:

  1. Having a bachelor’s degree in tourism management or related field.
  2. Having leadership and interpersonal skills.
  3. Having general knowledge of all sections of the hospitality business.
  4. Having Financial Control knowledge.
  5. Excellent proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
