ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Requirements:
- Preferably with a specialization in human resources management or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience as an Assistant HR Manager in the hotel business.
- A good understanding of labor laws in Indonesia and their application.
- High degree of personal integrity, sensitivity, and respect for confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritize workload, multi-task, be time-sensitive to tasks that are critical, and challenge back when needed.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to join immediately.
