QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum two or more years experiences working in related role at luxury lifestyle brand.
- Knowledge and experience in the purchasing and productions process and is equally versed in global distribution, and have critical problem analysis/resolution skills (1).
- Familiar with food and hygiene codes, policies and procedures (1).
- Specialize in Sushi and Omakaze (1).
- Familiar with OPERA System and Microsoft Office application literacy (2, 3, 4).
- Possession of a designated level of technical engineering skill or knowledge and the ability to keep up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise (5).
- Good English literate, both written and oral.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, energetic and positive individual.
- Good command of English.
- Must be a good team player and have leadership skills.
