General requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years experience in the same position (1 & 3)
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication strength
  3. Highly motivated, disciplined, and a great team player
  4. Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and Plumbing (3,4)
  5. Able to join immediately
