Corporate Food and Beverage Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Menu Development and Planning:

  • Create innovative and diverse menus to meet the unique tastes and dietary preferences of customers.
  • Monitor industry trends and incorporate new culinary trends into menu offerings.

Vendor Management:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with food and beverage suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of food and beverages.
  • Implement quality control standards and conduct regular inspections.

Budget and Cost Management:

  • Develop and manage the departmental budget, controlling costs while maintaining high-quality service.
  • Analyze financial reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth.

Staff Supervision and Training:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and support staff.
  • Foster a positive and efficient working environment.

Customer Service:

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and enforce customer service standards and procedures.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Monitor food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, ideally in a corporate setting for at least 2 years.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry trends.
  • Financial acumen for budgeting and cost management.
