Hospitality Manager
General Requirements :
- University degree, preferably in Hotel management
- Strong problem-solving and organization skill
- Leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills is a must, fluent English
- Maintain a professional and high-qualityservice-oriented environment at all times
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure all guest requests and programs are carried out properly and are not forgotten.
- Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
- Responsible for maximizing room revenue and assigned to lead, direct and manage the Front Office department, including operations, planning and budgeting, in accordance with applicable policies and standard procedures
- Works within the allotted budget for the front office department
Executive Chef
General Requirements :
- Min. Diploma in culinary science or relevant field
- Expert knowledge of health or raw cuisine
- Advanced culinary skills including food preparation, flavor pairings, and other cooking best practices
- Ability to develop unique recipes
- Current knowledge of trends in the restaurant industry In-depth knowledge of state, and local food handling regulations
- Comfortable training, directing, and supervising kitchen staff
- Exceptional leadership skills, including motivation and goal-setting
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
- Time management and organization
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Complies with, reviews, and updates departmental policies and procedures.
Executive Secretary
