- Senior Cook
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum two years of working experiences in the same field and understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedure.
- Excellent record of kitchen and staff management.
- Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions.
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
- Ability to work in a team or individual.
- English speaking applicants will be preferred
- Smart, charming, friendly and having sense of customer service
- Ability to join as soon as possible
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Help in the preparation and design of all foods and drinks menus.
- Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise.
- Ensure that the kitchen operates in timely way that meets our quality standards.
- Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situations.
- Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and asset staff’s performance
- Order suppliers to stock inventory appropriately
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
