Is an Ayurvedic Retreat Villa, Restaurant and Ayurvedic Spa in Ubud. We are looking for highly motivated and professional people to be a part of our Opening team. The following positions are open for applications for immediate hiring.
Hotel Operations Manager (1 full-time position)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a relevant field.
- English communication skills, oral and written are a must.
- Experience in Wellness domain is preferred.
- Resort / Hotel Pre-opening experience is preferred.
- Experience with VHP is a must.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial management in the hotel domain.
- Strong understanding of hotel management best practices.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in creating SoP’s and training the hotel staff.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Ppt and Outlook.
Steward / Waitress (4 full-time positions)
Requirement:
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude and good English communication skills.
- Highly-motivated and willing to work as a team.
- Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience.
Spa Therapists (female / male) (4 full-time positions)
Requirement:
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude and good English communication skills.
- Highly-motivated and willing to work as a team.
- Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience.
Housekeeping staff (2 full-time positions)
Requirement:
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude and good English communication skills.

- Minimum 2-4 years relevant experience.
Dish washer (2 full-time positions)
Requirement:
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude and good communication skills.
