- Cost Control
- Income Audit
- Engineering Staff
General Requirements:
- Well groomed, honest and has a pleasant personality.
- Relevant education background.
- English proficiency in verbal and written.
- Candidates preferred with background in 4- or 5-star Resort.
- Good team player.
Specific Requirements:
- Cost Control
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in cost control.
- Management experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good skill and able to use VHP (Visual Hotel Program).
- Income Audit
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting.
- At least 2 – 3 years at same capacity at hotel finance.
- Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal.
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the hospitality finance profession.
- Detailed and meticulous.
- Good skill and able to use VHP (Visual Hotel Program).
- Engineering Staff
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field of specialization preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a staff engineer in a similar environment.
- Proficiency in engineering and project management software.
- Extensive knowledge of engineering processes, structural design, and system optimization.
- Great organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to apply safety standards and adhere to industry regulations.
- Understand in setup and maintenance sound system.
- Able to join immediately.
