HHRMA Hotel Bali – Kano Sari Ubud Villas
Kano Sari is a small villa hotel in Kutuh Kelod, Ubud. Our award-winning 4-star property offers a high standard of villa accommodation and service. We have our own organic garden and make our own bread, jams and ice-cream. We provide an all-day dining menu and afternoon-tea service that is highly regarded by our in-house guests. Our growing retreat business can, on occasion, require catering for meals for up to 15 people at a time. We are seeking a talented, motivated individual to join our kitchen team as soon as possible. What we are looking for:
- Someone who loves cooking – who is inventive and curious, and enjoys learning and sharing ideas
- A person who is confident and outgoing, who can work alone and/or as part of a team
- Tertiary qualifications in F & B product
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a range of cooking styles
- Ability to prepare and serve meals according to Kano Sari menus and standards with minimal food wastage
- Thorough knowledge of food safety and good kitchen hygiene and cleaning standards
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across breakfast and dinner – 6 days per week
- A high level of interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Excellent personal hygiene, grooming, and presentation standards
- High level of spoken and written English
