E-COMMERCE & REVENUE MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, marketing or a related field.
- Understand how to monitor availability, rates, and restrictions on distribution channels to ensure accurate and competitive pricing, and room allocations.
- Have knowledge in business performance analysis and online booking systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Familiarity with online travel agencies, techniques in E-commerce and prevailing procedures.
- Supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
