HHRMA Hotel Bali – Hu’u Villas

hu’u Villas located at Petitenget, Seminyak – Bali, is looking for motivated, honest and qualified candidates to fill 2 positions, for an Accountant and a Purchasing Officer:

(1)  ACCOUNTANT

Requirements:

  • Local, age between 25-35 years old.
  • Minimum 3 years’ proven accounts experience as an Accountantor similar position.
  • Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or similar.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standard, regulations & taxation.
  • Experience in working with accounting software, such as Jurnal, and databases.
  • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Bookkeeping & Ledger Entries
  • Income Audit
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • General Cashier
  • Ensure accuracy of all financial data and reports
  • Prepare monthly & annual financial statements and other reports
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow projections
  • Reconcile bank accounts and other general ledger accounts
  • Provide support to external accounts consultant

(2)  PURCHASING OFFICER

Requirements:

  • Local, age between 25-35 years old.
  • Minimum 3 years’ proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer or similar position.
  • Good knowledge of supplier sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with suppliers).
  • Understanding of supply chain procedures.
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Research potential suppliers.
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
  • Raise Purchase Orders for Management’s approval, track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Review quality of purchased products.
  • Maintain detailed records of purchases.
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate with Head of Departments to ensure proper storage and inventory.
  • Routine stock check.
