General Requirements:
- Experience in similar position for minimum of 2 years at 4/5 star hotel.
- Self-starter and Team builder with strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage HK Operations i.e., Room, Public Area, Linen & Laundry to ensure Exceptional Customer Service.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to be flexible, capable of working in fast-paced environment and to work well under challenges.
- Ability to lead by example by displaying a high standard of performance to the team.
