Demi Chef de Partie Pastry
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Graduate of tourism academy or relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience of one year as Demi Chef de Partie Pastry or similar position preferably at a luxury hotel or resort.
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and basic English, additional language(s) an advantage.
- Computer literate with standard Microsoft Office applications.
- Good knowledge of kitchen administration and operations.
- Extensive knowledge of hygiene and sanitation (HACCP principles) and ensures those guidelines are followed and enforced.
Office Clerk
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Hotel & Tourism Academy Graduated and from relevant field is preferred.
- English proficiency in verbal and written.
- Computer literate, and familiar with integrated hotel system.
- Very flexible with working hours, and Customer Service Oriented.
- Knowledgeable in the administration & operation of Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Front Office.
- Knowledgeable of Telephone Etiquette.
- Excellent Team Player.
