Position : Duty Manager
Department : Front Office
- Bachelor’s degree/Min D3 in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field ( prefered )
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry

- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Flexibelity to workvarious shifts, including weekends and holidays
Position : Engineering Supervisor
Department : Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree/Min D3 in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in project management is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and processes related to the spesific field
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful project execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team
Position : Guest Service Attendant
Department : Front Office
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Basic computer skills
Position : Guest Realtion Officer
Department : Front Office
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential. Proficiency in other languages is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree/Diploma in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field is preferred
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Ability to anticipate guest needs, handle complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with guests and team members. Ability to work well in a team oriented environment
- Basic computer skills
Position : Reservation & Ecommerce
Department : Sales & Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree/Min D1 in Hospitality Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in hotel reservations, ecommerece management, or online maketing
- Strong understanding of reservation systems and ecommerce platforms.
- Execellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Customer focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
Position : Chef de Partie Dimsum
Department : Food & Beverage Product
- A Culinary degree or equivalent training in Asian cuisine, particularly dimsum is esential
- Proficiency in creating a variety of dimsum dishes, including dumplings, buns, and rolls, with precision and creativity
- Innovation in creating new dimsum recipes and improving existing ones
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards to ensure safe food preparation
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with the culinary team and communicate with kitchen management
Position : Cook Helper Dimsum
Department : Food & Beverage Product
- Proficient in basic cooking techniques and knowledge of Dimsum Cuisine
- Able to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards to ensure safe food handling
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff

Position : Bartender Flair ( Daily Worker )

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bartending or a related field
- Proven experience as a Flair Bartender or Bartender in a fast – paced hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of various types of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, garnishes, and mixing techniques. Knowledge of wine and beer is also required

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
