We are looking for Senior Reservation Agent who possess excellent data entry skill and good customer service oriented. You should also have outstanding communication skills and the ability to work with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with planning and making reservations.
- Updating forecast and Process payments and send reservation confirmation to the clients.
- Answering the clients’ email, questions and providing the clients with detailed product information.
- Sorting out any issues which may arise during online payments.
- Offering customer service to the client in regards to the cancellation of reservation.
- Managing all the guest’s invoice, emails and calls.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree (S1)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hotel Reservation, or a relevant role in the Travel and Tourism industry.
- Must be familiar with Online Reservation (OTA),
- Excellent communication and English writing skill
- Ability to offer exceptional customer service.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Extraordinary time management and organizational skills.
