We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Accounting Staff member to join our dynamic finance team. If you are a numbers enthusiast with a passion for accuracy and a keen eye for financial details, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries and general ledger entries.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to create and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations and prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Help manage company expenses, incomes, and monitor adherence to budgets.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and data.
Qualifications:
- Preferably reside in Bali.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Min. 1 year of accounting experience (fresh graduate candidates are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Keen to work under pressure.
- Willing to work overtime.
- Available to work during the weekend.
- Proficient in English.
