- Guest Service Assistant
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Hospitality or a related field is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in similar position
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including reservation and property management software (2)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle various guest personalities (2)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information (2)
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays (2)
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment (1)
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools (1)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and content Marketing ( 1 )
