- Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Professional Experience: HR Manager PINK HOTELS
- Oversaw HR operations in each hotel branch (Bali, Gili Air, Gili Trawangan)
- Managed full-cycle recruitment, including creating job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Developed and implemented employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including orientation, training, and policy familiarization.
- Designed and conducted training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, such as customer service, safety, and job-specific training.
- Implemented performance management systems, conducted performance appraisals, provided feedback, and developed performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Acted as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressed conflicts, and promoted a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Managed compensation and benefits administration, including salary administration, benefits enrolment, and payroll processes in collaboration with the finance department.
- Developed and enforced HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
