Cepik Villa Sidemen, managed by AGATA Hospitality Management, a property management company based in Denpasar, is urgently looking for:
Reservations Agent – Full time basis
Job description:
- Handling guest correspondences via email, OTA messaging, WhatsApp chats, phone calls, etc in a timely and professional manner
- Managing property content and performance in Online Travel Agents and ensuring perfect property score
- Using Property Management System (PMS) to manage reservations on a daily basis
- Regularly updating reservation charts
- Creating monthly sales reports
Requirements:
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn
- Experience in the Reservations or Front Office departments will be an advantage
- Age of 20 to 35 years old
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken
- Hardworking, honest, and reliable
- Able to perform well as an individual and within a team
- Able to join immediately
