Karmagali Boutique Suites, a small luxury boutique hotel and Private villas in Sanur Beach Side area.

Looking for villa supervisor/villa manager.

Job description: Managing staff and operating the villas under Director & Owner’s supervision.

Education and experience:

High school diploma or GED 2 years’ experience in similar positions at the same fields or 2 years degree from accredited university in hotel management and hospitality.

Work activities:

Maintaining guest services and hotel goals

  • Manage Day to-day operations (front desk/ housekeeping/F&B/engineering), ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectation of customers.
  • Handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts.
  • Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service operational needs objectives are met.

Supporting management hotel team

  • Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead influence and encourage others demonstrate honesty integrity leads by example.
  • Encourage and building mutual trust respect and cooperating among team members.
  • Serving as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors
  • Supervises and manages employees. Manage all Day to-day operations.
  • Supervises all areas of the front office.

Ensuring Exceptional customer service

  • Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Interacts with customers to obtaining feedback on quality of product, service level and overall satisfaction.

Supporting Human Resources activities

  • Support the developmental needs of others and coaching mentoring or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge of skills.
  • Participates and survey in employee’s discipline procedures.
  • Assists as needed in the interviewing and hiring of employee Team members with the appropriate skills.

Additional responsibilities

  • Analyzes information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Weekly report to the director.
  • Supervises and coordinate engineering tasks/works. Supervises and coordinate maintenance tasks in accordance with the engineering staff and owner.
  • Also, strong network required.

  • Office computer (excel) and booking system knowledge.
  • Attention to details, able to make decisions and compatible in guest interaction (Handling guest’s needs and complains).
  • Knowledge in maintenance to coordinate small project.

  • Honest, pleasant personality.
  • Available immediately.
