THE PAVILIONS BALI, a luxury boutique property in Sanur, is looking at growing its exceptional team.
- We are hiring for candidates with excellent customer service skills, able to multitask and grow in a dynamic and hands-on work environment.
- Proven success in a similar role and resort environment mandatory
- Candidates must be based in Bali and have superior command of English and Bahasa.
SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
- Act as the property Sales & Marketing representative, liaising and collaborating with corporate team
- Conduct regular sales calls to build and strengthen relationships with existing partners and actively seek new sales leads
- Drive ancillary sales, maintaining an attractive promotional calendar and creating simple marketing collateral
- Property champion of S&M related IT platforms, including: social media (IG/FB), web application, reputation management, revenue analytics etc.
- Coordinate all events, groups, famtrips/site inspections on property
VILLA ATTENDANT/BUTLER
- Maintain high levels of room cleanliness
- Deliver an exceptional in-villa dining experience
- Housekeeping background necessary
- Butler and/or F&B service experience preferred
- Strong team player with attention to detail
- Excellent communicator with superior English skills
HOUSEKEEPING (DW)
- Housekeeping/butler background experiences
- Good team player, able to work under minimal supervision
- Able to join immediately
F&B SERVICE (DW)
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service
- Working across two outlets: pool bar and restaurant
- Good team player, able to work under minimal supervision

- Housekeeping
