HHRMA Hotel Bali – The Bohemian Bali

The Bohemian Bali is a boutique hotel situated in the heart of Batu Bolong, Canggu. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join us as the Operational Hotel Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the hotel’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.
  • Implement and maintain the hotel’s operational standards and service protocols, guaranteeing exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Manage staff schedules, performance, and development, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize workflows, address operational challenges, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, room revenue, guest feedback, and employee engagement, identifying areas for improvement and driving profitability.
  • Manage the property’s budget, controlling costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and securing advantageous deals.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve guest concerns, exceeding expectations and fostering positive relationships.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and increase brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a boutique or luxury setting.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and motivating teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in hospitality software systems and financial management tools.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
  • Indonesian nationality is required.
