Tulus Hati Ubud Retreat is seeking a skilled and passionate cook to join our team. As a cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals to our high standards, ensuring that our customers receive delicious, healthy and visually appealing food.
You should be able to follow recipes accurately and creatively, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals following established recipes and menus.
- Ensure all meals are prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Monitor food supplies and order ingredients as required.
- Assist in the development of new menus and recipes.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure that all food and health and safety regulations are met.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and creatively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
