Natya Hotel Kuta, we are looking for young and dynamic person to join our team as:
- Corporate FB Director (Expat)
- Corporate Cost Control (Male)
- Corporate Bookkeeper
- Corporate HR & Training Coordinator
- Corporate Content Creator (Female)
- Greeter / Hostess
Requirements:
- Proven experience in related field. Preferably in a cluster or multi-property setting.
- Previous experience as HR & Training Coordinator is mandatory, with minimum 2 years experiences. (4)
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
- Familiar with VHP system will be advantage. (2 & 3)
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva. With a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. (5)
- Experience in managing social media content schedule and staying updated with best practices. (5)
- Understanding of brand guidelines and ability to ensure consistency across all design materials. (5)
- Strong documentation and organization abilities, including Google Photo/Driver proficiency. (5)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software (TALENTA). (4)
- Familiar with payroll and resume databases. (4)
- Collaboration skills for working with various departements and vendors.
- Has good initiative, anticipation, and a hardworking person.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal, good presentation skills and confidence communication skill.
- Age max. 45 years old. (1 – 4)
- Able to work immediately.
