Natya Hotel Kuta, we are looking for young and dynamic person to join our team as:

  1. Corporate FB Director (Expat)
  2. Corporate Cost Control (Male)
  3. Corporate Bookkeeper
  4. Corporate HR & Training Coordinator
  5. Corporate Content Creator (Female)
  6. Greeter / Hostess

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in related field. Preferably in a cluster or multi-property setting.
  • Previous experience as HR & Training Coordinator is mandatory, with minimum 2 years experiences. (4)
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
  • Familiar with VHP system will be advantage. (2 & 3)
  • Software Proficiency: Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva. With a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. (5)
  • Experience in managing social media content schedule and staying updated with best practices. (5)
  • Understanding of brand guidelines and ability to ensure consistency across all design materials. (5)
  • Strong documentation and organization abilities, including Google Photo/Driver proficiency. (5)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software (TALENTA). (4)
  • Familiar with payroll and resume databases. (4)
  • Collaboration skills for working with various departements and vendors.
  • Has good initiative, anticipation, and a hardworking person.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal, good presentation skills and confidence communication skill.
  • Age max. 45 years old. (1 – 4)
  • Able to work immediately.
