HHRMA Hotel Bali – Destination Asia

Destination Asia is one of Asia’s leading destination management companies (Inbound Tour Operator) we have the following position available for the right persons who wish to work with a young, dynamic, progressive and creative team known for their professionalism and dedication to customer focus and high quality standards.


• Handle clients’ enquiries concerning reservations and ensure that all enquires are replied within 24 hours
• Prepare proposals, itineraries and quotations or make recommendations for alternative hotels or products for any special deals or unavailability and follow up on confirmation, amendments or cancellation
• Coordinate with all business partners such as hotels, airlines-trains-bus-ship, suppliers to make reservations according to the clients’ requirement
• Check and update for any cancellations or amendments to the bookings and ensure that all bookings are done correctly
• Input reservation data, update on any cancellations or amendments and ensure that all data is accurately entered on the reservation system
• Coordinate with all concerned departments to ensure that all services will run smoothly
• Handle and follow up on pre-payment or deposit for bookings which do not have credit arrangement with the Company and coordinate with Accounting Department for payment from the clients

Education and Experience
• Diploma in any field
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in tourism field

Required Skills
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Knowledge of Indonesia tourism products and Bali Especially
• knowledge of 4 and 5 star hotels in Bali
• Experiences with high-end client with high profile of request
• Ability to work under pressure within tight specific deadline
• Service minded
• Strong administration skill
• Ability to work as a team
• Attention to detail
• Good negotiation skill
• able to make cost calculations

Telephone Operator

• Handle the incoming call and forward it to the related person that needed.
• To welcome company’s guest who come to the office polite and properly
• Coordinate and manage the received package and or document to the other departments.
• To make interview schedule with the applicants.
• To do other job that been assigned by Human Resource department.

• Diploma degree in tourism or any related fields
• Junior level / fresh graduated is welcome
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Strong administration skill
• Ability worked as team
• Good interpersonal skill
