Job Details:
- Position: Front Desk Receptionist
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service and office work. Ideally, with a background of working at a luxury hotel.
- Computer proficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
- Manage online and walk-in reservations.
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
- Register guests by collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact stay dates).
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests’
- Liaise with our restaurant staff to ensure all guests’ food and beverage orders are handled immediately.
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate.
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
About Us:
We are a secluded, Eco-friendly Retreat complex nestled inside the Canggu, Bali. Oasis consists of 14 eco-friendly rooms, a Gym, a Yoga Shala, and more. Oasis was built to host all types of retreats, which tend to last 1 week long with 20-30 guests.
