Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in related field. Preferably in a cluster or multi-property setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions and team collaboration. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, market trends, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions. Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting strategies to meet changing market conditions.
- Familiarity: with digital marketing trends and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, and analytics. (1, 4, 5)
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). With a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. (5)
