You’ll receive training from an internationally awarded bartender behind our cocktail vision. This is a rare opportunity to deepen your skills while leading something truly special from the ground up.
Villa Air Bali Boutique Resort & SPA is looking for warm, engaging, and highly organized individuals to join our team in the following positions:
- HEAD BAR
- BARTENDER
- BAR HOST / SERVER
Qualifications:
- 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role (1)
- At least 1 years of experience, preferably in a hotel, resort, or fine dining setting (2,3)
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including alcoholic beverages
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Exceptional creativity and a strong passion for mixology and drink innovation (1,2)
- Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills (3)
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with grace and composure
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
