We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to fill the position below:

GUEST SERVICE AGENT

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Reception & Check-In/Out
    • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure.
    • Manage check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
  2. Guest Relations & Experience
    • Build rapport with guests, anticipate needs, and personalize service.
    • Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints with urgency, empathy, and discretion.
    • Promote club services, events, and experiences to enhance guest enjoyment.
  3. Reservations & Bookings
    • Manage table reservations, daybed bookings, and event RSVPs via phone, email, or booking platforms.
    • Upsell premium seating and packages when appropriate.
  4. Communication & Coordination
    • Liaise with departments (F&B, Security, Events, etc.) to ensure seamless guest experience.
    • Maintain clear and professional communication across all channels (in-person, radio, phone, WhatsApp).
  5. Guest Data & Reporting
    • Accurately maintain guest profiles, preferences, and feedback in the system.
    • Support daily reports for guest activity, VIP arrivals, and special occasions.
  6. Ambassador of the Brand
    • Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and brand-appropriate behavior at all times.
    • Stay updated on club events, promotions, and local recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role at a 4- or 5-star hotel, resort, or beach club.
  • Familiarity with guest service standards in luxury or lifestyle environments.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written); additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, French, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident body language and positive energy.
  • Basic knowledge of reservation systems, POS, and Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable using guest communication tools (email, WhatsApp, booking apps).
  • Service-minded, friendly, proactive, and calm under pressure.
  • High integrity, punctual, and a team player.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
