We are offering an opportunity for energetic, loyal and honest young people to join our team for the following vacancies:
- GRO Staff ( Guest relation Officer )
Your position responsible is to help to oversee all aspects of the Hotel facility area good as standard and ready to use, Yoga and Wellness department activities, ensuring the highest standards of service.
Qualifications :
- Female
- Experience in a similar position minimum 2 years
- Minimum 24 years old
- Should be a customer oriented individual with good knowledge of hospitality industry standards.
- Having a good attention to details.
- Having the ability to solve problems and diffuse tense situations.
- Open minded and fully welcome to give the best service to guests with many different cultures and countries.
- Proficiency in English (oral & written).
- Having another language will be an advantage.
- Energic, creative, innovative well.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional time-management skills.
Working days: 8 Hrs – 6 Days – 1 Day off
