Requirements:
- Proven experiences in Front Desk and Housekeeping roles (Minimum 2 years)
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and luxury service standards
- Professional appearance, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
