Titik Dua, an independent boutique hotel in Peliatan Village-Ubud, is looking for a dynamic candidate to fill available position as below:
- Front Office Manager
- Food & Beverage Manager
- Assistant Learning & Development Manager
- Bartender
- Bartender – Daily worker
- Server – Daily Worker
- Security – Daily Worker
- Engineering – Daily Worker
- Housekeeping – Daily Worker
- Public Area – Daily Worker
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within boutique luxury, design-led hotels or lifestyle-oriented properties. (1)
- A passion for service excellence rooted in empathy, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of guest needs. (1)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle industry. (2)
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple restaurants and bars, ensuring consistency in product quality, service standards, and profitability across all outlets (2)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle industry. (3 & 4)
- Proven expertise in conducting Training Needs Analysis, developing and managing Learning & Development budgets, creating comprehensive annual training plans, and designing engaging training modules aligned with brand identity, service culture, and SOPs. (3)
- Demonstrated success in creating, delivering, and evaluating impactful training programs for both front-of-house and back-of-house departments. (3)
- Strong expertise in classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation. (4)
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and non-alcoholic beverages will be considered an advantage. (4)
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle industry (5-10)
- Solid understanding of classic cocktails, basic mixology techniques, and beverage presentation. (5)
- Familiarity with coffee preparation and non-alcoholic drinks is an advantage. (5)
- Guest-oriented with an exceptional service mindset. (6)
- Ability to engage and connect with guests in a friendly yet professional manner. (6)
- Certified Gada Pratama (7)
- Strong observational and surveillance skills (7)
- Good presentation skills and confidence (5-10)
- Knowledge of basic civil engineering tasks (8)
- Proficiency in operating construction tools and equipment (8)
- Familiar with hotel room cleaning standards and housekeeping procedures (9)
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, tools, and chemicals used in housekeeping. (10)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. (9-10)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing tasks in a fast-paced environment. (1-10)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (1-10)
- Honest, a team player, has positive attitude, proactive, fast learner, agile, and hard worker (1-10)
