The Vira Bali Boutique Hotel & Suites a popular boutique hotel in South Kuta Beach Bali,managed by AWANNGROUP is offering an excellent opportunity for a suitable qualified professional to join our team. We are currently looking for new team member on following position :
- BARTENDER STAFF
- WAITER DAILY WORKER
General Requirement :
- Minimum 2 years experience as a professional mixologist or bartender.
- Minimum 1 years experience ( 2)
- Strong knowledge of cocktails,wines and spirits,in depth knowledge of beverage ingredient, mixing techniques, and current drink trends ( 1 )
- Understanding of beverage pairing, mixology, and bar operations, inventory management ( 1 )
- Skill in juggling, flairing ( 1 )
- Extrovert,fun outgoing,cheerfull, talkative,entertaining, active energetic,friendly
- Come up with creative idea, innovative ( 1 )
- Familiar with VHP system will be an advantage ( 1 )
- Able to speak english & written
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure ( 1 )
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills ( 1 )
- Able to join immediately
