The Sloth Bali, is a complex of 8 loft studios, 2 rustic style suites, a 2 bedrooms private pool villa and a vegan cafe. We are currently seeking a housekeeper with receptionist skills to join our small team.

Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk, checking them in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage text messages, emails, and other correspondences
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing
- Ensure the front desk area remains tidy and organized
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Honest, responsible, and well-organized
- Basic computer or booking system knowledge
- Friendly and helpful attitude
