The Seven Residence, Kerobokan Bali, a well-established villa in Kerobokan – Bali, is looking for:

  1. Operation Manager
  2. Relationship Manager

Qualifications:

  • Good understanding in Villa / Resort work flow.
  • Have experience in the same / similar position would be preferable.
  • English speaking and writing would be preferable.
  • Open minded and can work in a team.

Position-Specific Qualifications:

Operation Manager:

  • Good understanding in multi-management Villa / Resort work flow
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end villa/resort operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and supervise cross-departmental teams.
  • Experience in handling daily operations across multiple properties with attention to service standards, guest satisfaction, and efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly in a dynamic operational environment.
  • Ability to develop and implement SOPs, operational checklists, and service quality standards.
  • Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning to ensure smooth operations.
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace, property management systems, and basic reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills for liaising with villa owners, guests, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Experience in pre-opening villa setups and coordinating handovers from project to operational phase is a plus.
  • Open-minded, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and deadlines.

Relationship Manager:

  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage operations, oversee staff, and maintain clear communication.
  • Proven experience in villa pre-opening setup, including coordination with owners, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Strong project management skills to lead and execute the villa setup process from handover to operational readiness.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills with ability to liaise with property owners, vendors, and operational teams.
  • Experience in preparing villa setup documentation such as inventory lists, SOPs, owner reports, and operational checklists.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under deadlines.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with departments such as operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and marketing.
  • Proficient in using project tracking tools, Google Workspace, and basic reporting formats.
  • Open-minded, proactive, and able to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar or related position in the hospitality/villa industry is a strong plus.

Revenue Manager

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage revenue operations, lead the team effectively, and ensure clear and strategic communication across departments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage Sales & Marketing teams and achieve KPI targets revenue. Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, creative and open minded on marketing distribution.
  • Understanding digital marketing, social media set-up and ecommerce systems.
  • Experienced in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for revenue management.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize pricing strategies, maximize occupancy, and increase revenue.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong critical thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and an open-minded approach to new distribution channels and opportunities.
  • Open-minded, creative, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Villa Supervisor

  • Experienced in supervising daily villa operations and coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest service teams across multiple properties.
  • Proactive in handling guest satisfaction, reporting defects or issues, and following up on complaints to ensure prompt resolution and operational excellence.

Senior Digital Marketing

  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, and digital tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp, with a proven track record in driving traffic, engagement, and conversions through strategic campaign execution and ROI optimization

Social Media Specialist

  • An open-minded individual with 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the hospitality or villa/resort industry. Skilled in content creation (photography, videography, planning, and editing), social media strategy and analytics, up-to-date with industry trends.

Account Payable & General Cashier

  • Experienced in handling payments, daily cash reconciliation, and financial administration with a basic understanding of accounting; attention to detail, integrity, and familiarity with accounting software are an advantage.

Housekeeping

  • Skilled in maintaining cleanliness and guest comfort.
