The Seven Residence, Kerobokan Bali, a A well-established villa in Kerobokan – Bali, is looking for:

  1. Business Development Manager
  2. Villa Supervisor
  3. Social Media Specialist
  4. Graphic Designer
  5. Maintenance
  6. Housekeeping

Qualifications:

  • Good understanding in Villa / Resort work flow.
  • Have experience in the same / similar position would be preferable.
  • English speaking and writing would be preferable.
  • Open minded and can work in a team.

Position-Specific Qualifications:

Business Development Manager

  • Expand the portfolio by acquiring new managed and marketing villas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with villa owners to secure client referrals.
  • Identify and close strategic partnership opportunities to support business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and promote preferred villas.
  • Explore and enter new geographical markets to support company expansion.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with villa owners and partners.
  • Monitor industry developments and propose strategic initiatives.
  • Develop proposals and business cases for new property acquisitions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of guest expectations and align offerings accordingly.
  • Support marketing initiatives by identifying high-potential properties.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on business development activities.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in property management, real estate, or hospitality sectors.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong knowledge of Bali’s villa and tourism market is a must.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)

Villa Supervisor

  • Supervisory skills in overseeing daily villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services, with the ability to handle guest check-in and check-out processes, manage complaints effectively, ensure service quality, and coordinate with staff to maintain smooth and efficient operations.

Social Media Specialist

  • An open-minded individual with 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the hospitality or villa/resort industry. Skilled in content creation (photography, videography, planning, and editing), social media strategy and analytics, up-to-date with industry trends.

Graphic Designer

  • A Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience (preferably in the hospitality, villa, or resort industry), open-minded and creative, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and up-to-date with current design trends, capable of producing visual designs aligned with brand identity for both digital and print media, knowledgeable about social media, with photography skills considered a plus, and able to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and operations teams to support the company’s promotional strategy.

Maintenance – Plumber

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in villa, hotel, or property maintenance (plumbing and/or air conditioning), with strong technical skills in installation, repair, and troubleshooting, ability to work independently or in a team, flexible for emergency calls, physically fit, reliable, and committed to high-quality standards.

Housekeeping

  • Skilled in maintaining cleanliness and guest comfort.
