The Place Retreats is an award-winning, luxury psychotherapeutic retreat that focuses on mind, body and spiritual healing located in Seminyak, Bali, Indonesia. We are seeking a passionate and talented individual to join us in the following positions:
Assistant Housekeeping Manager (In-Charge)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager or 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a luxury villa, resort, or 4-5 star hotel.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills; able to supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team, as well as analyze and manage room costing efficiently.
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning standards, guest room inspections, linen and inventory management.
- Experience with scheduling, shift planning, and handling operational needs on a daily basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Spreadsheet.
- High attention to detail with a passion for maintaining impeccable cleanliness and presentation.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
