- We are hiring for candidates with excellent customer service skills, able to multitask and grow in a dynamic and hands-on work environment.
- Proven success in a similar role and resort environment mandatory
- Candidates must be based in Bali and have superior command of English and Bahasa.
ASSISTANT CHIEF ENGINEER
- Manage all aspects of POMEC team (Engineering / Gardening / Pool Attendants)
- Maintain the physical appearance and operational efficiency of the resort, including a total of 21 pools
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules, policies and records to ensure seamless property operations
- Establishes effective communication channels within department/with other key operational departments
- Source, select and coordinate work performed by outside contractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with the relevant fire and safety laws, act as a safety & emergency champion
ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR
- Maintain the physical appearance and operational efficiency of the resort, including a total of 21 pools
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules, policies and records to ensure seamless property operations
- Establishes effective communication channels within department/with other key operational departments
- Ensure compliance with the relevant fire and safety laws, act as a safety & emergency champion
Security Leader
- Train and supervise a small security team
- Physically fit, able to work day and night shifts
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and support hotel operations as needed
- Gada Pratama certified preferred
ENGINEERING (DW)
- Maintain the physical appearance and operational efficiency of the resort.
- Experience in electrical, and civil engineering
Garden Leader
- Train and supervise a small gardening team
- Previous experience as gardener in a resort property
- Maintain and grow the resort’s natural garden
- An understanding of landscaping design
- Comprehensive knowledge of local plants, pests, fertilizers, composting, etc.
