Business Development Agent
Job Description
As a Business Development Agent, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s villa portfolio. You will be responsible for sourcing, building relationships, and negotiating partnerships with villa owners.
Actively seek out and acquire new villas for the company to manage, as well as carry out marketing activities for villa management services both online (through social media) and offline.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new villas to be managed by the company.
- Conduct outreach, presentations, and negotiations with villa owners or property agents.
- Prepare business proposals and ensure agreements comply with company policies.
- Perform site surveys and assess villa potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential villa owners.
- Collaborate with operations teams to on board new properties.
- Report acquisition results and progress to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business Development,Marketing,Management Villa, Sales, or Property Acquisition — preferably in the property or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of villa management business models (revenue sharing, leasing, operational management).
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel to villa locations.
