We are in search of talented candidates who will take pride in joining The Legian Seminyak Bali.

Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English, additional language(s) an advantage. (1-6)
Proven experience of one year in similar position preferably at a luxury hotel or resort. (1-6)
Ability to present a broad array of cakes, pastries, desserts, petit fours which are up to expectations based on quality and consistency. (1)
Ability to manage and supervise the pastry section and ensures that it runs smoothly at all times. (1)
Financial acumen required (budgeting, forecasting, expense control). (1-2)
Master and execute advanced cooking techniques across various cuisines (e.g., French, Italian, Indian, Asian). (2)
Internationally recognised Spa and Wellness certificates or diploma, such as CIBTAC, ITEC. (3)
In possession of a driving license (4)
Excellent driving skills (4)
Knowledge of Property Management System (Opera is preferred), Revenue Management System (IDeaS is preferred), CRS (Synxis is preferred), Channel Manager and extranets. (5)
Computer literate and proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications, and Property Management Software, preferably Opera. (6)
Good knowledge of hotel stewarding, cleaning products. (7)
Good knowledge of security administration and operations. (8)
Good knowledge of housekeeping administration and operations. (9)
