  8. Front Office (Internships)

Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English, additional language(s) an advantage. (1-8)
  • Proven experience of one year in similar position preferably at a luxury hotel or resort. (1-5)
  • Ability to present a broad array of cakes, pastries, desserts, petit fours which are up to expectations based on quality and consistency. (1)
  • Ability to manage and supervise the pastry section and ensures that it runs smoothly at all times. (1)
  • Financial acumen required (budgeting, forecasting, expense control). (1-2)
    Master and execute advanced cooking techniques across various cuisines (e.g., French, Italian, Indian, Asian). (2)
  • Internationally recognised Spa and Wellness certificates or diploma, such as CIBTAC, ITEC. (3)
  • Excellent grooming and personal presentation. (3)
  • Possess excellent knowledge of PMS (Opera is preferred), CRS (Synxis is preferred) and proficient with Microsoft applications (4-5)
