The Leaf Indies Jimbaran is a private luxury resort, tastefully furnished and elegantly decorated with a modern touch. It ensures privacy to embrace the sense of intimacy, peace and harmony due to our secluded location in Jimbaran.
We are currently looking for the best, friendly, professional, and dynamic individuals to join our team in the following positions:
- General Manager
- Sales Coordinator
- SPA Therapist
- Front Office
- Front Office (Trainee)
Qualification:
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel/resort (excluding trainee positions)
- Strong understanding of hospitality products, pricing, and market positioning (1)
- Proficient in preparing budget, analyzing reports, target and market segments (1)
- Target-driven, with excellent communication and negotiation skills (1)
- Up to date with current sales strategies and well-versed in digital marketing trends (1)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities and capable of making strategic decisions (1)
- Passionate about people, service excellence, disciplined, well-organized, and a pleasant personality (1)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills (2)
- Familiar with sales systems, reporting, and client handling (2)
- Certified or trained in SPA therapy/massage techniques (3)
- Proficient in various massage and wellness treatments (3)
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in SPA operations (3)
- Able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays (4)
- Ability to drive (with a valid driving license) is an advantage (4)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Honest, trust worthy, open minded and must be able to work as a team
- Good personality, positive attitude and highly motivated
- Able to join immediately
