Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position, 4-5 star hotel/resort (1)
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position 4-5 star hotel/resort (2,3,6)
- Strong knowledge in MEP, Civil, and preventive maintenance (1)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills (2)
- Familiar with BMS, STP, Genset, Chiller, and hotel technical system (1)
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware/software troubleshooting (3)
- Familiar with VHP hotel system (2,3)
- Experience with internet/wi-fi set up and troubleshooting (3)
- Honest, trust worthy, open minded and must be able to work as a team (1,2,3,4,5,6)
- Good personality, positive attitude and highly motivated (1,2,3,4,5,6)
- Able to join immediately
