General Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel or artisan bakery.
- Strong knowledge of both traditional and modern baking techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure and within a team.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about baking and pastry arts.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to manage inventory, control food cost, and ensure hygiene standards are maintained.Target-oriented with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and a positive, service-driven attitude
- Ability to lead and inspire a team while working under pressure
- Available to join immediately
